Have you ever had a song that gets stuck in your head, and it feels like it is for a good reason? My daughter heard a song on the radio called I Need a Silent Night. Once I heard the song, the words kept replaying in my mind. Songs are one way the angels can give us messages. It is a beautiful song by Amy Grant, talking about needing some quiet in this busy season.
” I need a silent night, a holy night. To hear an angel voice through the chaos and the noise. I need a midnight clear, a little peace right here. To end this crazy day with a silent night.”

Then I read an article that said to savor, which means to appreciate fully, enjoy or relish. I realized those small quiet moments throughout the holidays bring me back to a peaceful place inside. I started taking the time to notice the little things that I savor. Sharing a few of my silent night moments.
- Having a nice cup of tea while wrapping a few gifts
- Reading my devotional, or anything uplifting
- Looking up at the beautiful sky
What are your silent moments over the holidays? Wishing you many of them. Wishing you peace.

Thank you for sharing this, Nancy! Such a great reminder!
